Odmaa Khurelbaatar
Founder & Sporting Director & Head Coach
Coach Odmaa is a dedicated and passionate volleyball coach with a strong background in physical education and youth development. Originally from Mongolia, she brings years of experience as a former PE teacher and a lifelong love for sports—especially volleyball.
Odmaa specializes in teaching volleyball to young girls and boys, creating a dynamic, supportive, and energetic learning environment. Her coaching style is known for its enthusiasm, structure, and focus on both skill development and personal growth. She takes great pride in guiding her athletes to competitions and celebrating their successes on and off the court.
Committed to continuous improvement, Odmaa actively seeks out new training methods and teaching techniques to ensure her students receive the best possible foundation in the sport. Her volleyball classes are designed to engage players of all skill levels, fostering confidence, teamwork, and a true passion for the game.
Khishigdagva Uuganbaatar
Coach
Khishigdagva is an enthusiastic volleyball coach with international experience. From 2016 to 2018, he served as an assistant coach for the Japanese volleyball club Sakadoj, where he developed a deep understanding of skill training and team dynamics.
In 2024, he joined OD Volleyball, bringing his passion for teaching and his dedication to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court. His coaching emphasizes solid fundamentals, teamwork, and creating a positive, energetic environment for players of all levels.
